All our architectural elements are manufactured locally using state of the art CNC profiling to expanded polystyrene. Applying a rigid plastic surface offers a renaissance of ornate and decorative finishes to facade panels, features and mouldings.
With finishes to suit a wide range of applications, performance requirements and budgets, we can fabricate and install the architectural element's to complete the building envelopment. Our features can be manufactured to almost any size and to suit almost all situations.

GARDEN CITY LAGOON | RAMINTRA, THAILAND
This prestigious Housing Estate required the “best of the best”. Solid Fast Cure Polyurethane applied onto CNC cut architectural mouldings was introduced by Barry G. Cummings from Atech Group and was used extensively on the project.
In keeping with their philosophy of implementing modern construction procedures, the gatehouse, clubhouse, and upmarket homes used the architectural mouldings and finishes. This estate project was designed by KTV.
IMAX BUILDING | AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND
Atech Group was tasked to replicate the architectural features on a National Trust building using computerised cutting technology. The old Ferguson building in Queen street, Auckland has been completely renovated and is now known as the Imax building. The historical facade was replicated in some areas and restored in others using the latest technology and products.
Indoor attractions include the Imax Theatre, Time-Out Video Parlour and Planet Hollywood restaurant.
GLADSTONE APARTMENTS | AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND
An exceptionally large, architectural beautification project with feature exterior parapet mouldings on differing radiuses. Using CNC cut mouldings and our unique “polystone” coating system it has remained absolutely defect free in one of the worlds harshest environments.
The project was completed on schedule and is now a landmark building in one of Auckland’s most desirable suburbs of Parnell.
SALADANG COLONNADE | BANGKOK, THAILAND
Enhancement of an existing apartment block situated in the heart of Bangkok.
Atech Group's Operations Director continued the rollout and introduction of these innovative technologies and products on the Saladang Colonnade apartments. Installation of exterior mouldings, capitals and features was handed over in 3 months.
RAMION LAND | BANGNA, THAILAND
A project completed using “tilt up” panels by Australian company Cordukes Pty Ltd comprising of 250 Townhouses. The initial system used was fibreglass which was proving to be laborious and slow.
Barry G Cummings, Operations Director of Atech Group introduced the “Evalite” moulding & column range which was well received by the Builder in its ease of installation and durability.
