Khaolak Emerald Beach Resort and Spa, a popular tourist destination, approached Atech Group to design and build a themed waterplay area "Pirates Bay", adding to their entertainment value for families with young kids.  Atech Group provided the design, build and install services to all the marine themed props, pirate ship, fibreglass water slides, themed railings, soft landscaping, and decorative stonework and rockwork.

The pirate ship and rockwork were designed to be installed using a numbered panellised system, fabricated offsite at our Bangkok factory and fixed to a frame onsite. This allowed for less disruption and dust pollution to guests staying at the resort.

A phased development to an existing popular beachfront IHG resort and aquatic water park set amongst a 3 acre property. Atech Group provided the build and install services to the artificial rockwork facades and pool surrounds, faux timber decking, carved handrails, entry statement and marine themed props,  With our rockwork team located onsite for the duration of the project and our artists handling the finishing artworks to our offsite fabricated props this project was completed late 2023.

A new beachfront resort located in Karon beach, Phuket, Thailand in amongst the well known beach attractions.  Atech Group provided the design, build and install services to all the marine themed props, waterslides, faux decking, themed railings, soft landscaping, and decorative stone work and rock work features to the Kids Play Area, Lobby, and the Pools and Wet Playground area. With over 40 team members on site, our offsite pre-fabricated props and water-slide sections were installed when the area worksite was ready for our in-situ rockwork artists. 

The Phuket Emerald Beach Resort aims to attract families with their a unique kid friendly design and adventure themed areas.

Atech Group was tasked to provide; concept design, build and install services for this scenic shipwreck bow, complete with rockwork and a waterslide. From concept, to study model, to offsite fabrication and onsite insitu build, this addition created a unique point of difference to the recently built Residence condominium.

The faux wooden panels, railings, fibreglass slide, and structural frame for the shipwreck were built offsite, with caging for the rockwork done insitu. 

A 2021 refurbishment to the popular Sphinx Hotel interiors and exterior works. Keeping to the Egyptian motif, Atech Group provided the design, management and install of the decorative facades.

All scenic treatments were prefabricated offsite, and installed and art-worked within schedule. 

Atlantis resort is one of the most iconic properties in Dubai, located on the coastline of the largest man-made island in the world, the Palm Jumeirah.  This luxurious themed resort offers more than 1,500 guest accommodations, Dolphin enclosure, a Water Park with the spectacular Ziggurat water ride and a lazy river.

Atech Groups role on the Atlantis Resort and Water Park was as a scenic subcontractor for EKA Theming Group and we were responsible for most of the technical design, production and art work on the exterior decorative elements, artist labour supply and executive management.

A majority of the decorative elements fabricated were completed and shipped from the Thailand facility, with a small amount of the exterior elements sculpted onsite. Another feature of Atech Groups work was seen in the trellis fabrication and installation that appears in many of the resort areas.  

Atech Group was approached in 2015 to supply and install the custom;  decorative fibreglass backlit wall panelling, floor to ceiling moulded and curved backlit panels, exterior gable feature panels, larger faux bronze wall facades, spa room decorative elements and custom formed furniture framing.

Atech Group and its JV partner KHS&S were commissioned to prepare a preliminary master plan and concept design for the Eco-World Resort near Shanghai, China.

Our design team presented an exciting development that combined an Eco-park, Resort and a Family Edutainment Park. The park is separated into 3 areas; The Eco-Wellness Land: A place where a person can seek self wellness and relaxation, a Resort Zone: An area composed of several specialized destinations and an Entertainment zone: a festive location full of activities and entertainment values for the whole family. 

Atech Group was engaged by Kewen Investment Holdings, to evaluate the attraction and resort market in Qingdao, a major coastal city located in the Shendong province of China.

With our design team based at the prospective integrated theme park and resort site, and local resources, Atech Group compiled and released an extensive market analysis study, pre-feasibility report, preliminary masterplan and recommendations for branded and licensed attractions and retail mix.
