LEGOLAND | CHUNCHEON, KOREA

Atech Group International latest Legoland project involvement was located in Chuncheon, Korea. As with other Legoland parks, Atech Group played a role in supplying various thematic elements to enhance the theme park's immersive experience. Our scope of work included providing Lego figurines, scenery props, automobiles, trees, and other landscape pieces.

 

While the installation of these elements were handled by others, Atech Group's experience in fabricating these well recognised figurines for Legoland themeparks worldwide continues to play a part in bringing the joy and excitement of Legoland to Korea.

DISNEYLAND | SHANGHAI, CHINA

Atech Group was approached to send a number of personnel to augment the scenic artisan team on Shanghai Disney.  As our artists and sculptors had already worked on Disney Hong Kong and Tokyo DisneySea, our experience and history ensured the expectations of the Disney Art Directors were always going to be met.

 

Primarily, our teams were assigned to the exterior facades, stonework, and rockwork landscapes.

LEGOLAND | NEW YORK, USA

The latest Theme Park destination for the ever popular and world recognised Legoland. Atech Group have been supplying the scenic elements and characters into the Legoland Theme Parks and Learning Centres for over 10 years. Familiar with the quality and buy-off process, we ensure the finished elements are fabricated to the highest standard.

LEGOLAND | NAGOYA, JAPAN

Legoland Nagoya, is one of the first Legoland Theme Parks Atech Group was involved with. Our Art Directors became familiar with their Legoland counterparts, which allowed over time for a level of confidence in our ability meet project deadlines.

Following the strict design protocols for this branded Theme Park, Atech Group from their Thailand facility, managed to fabricate and artwork a number of the iconic Legoland scenic pieces and deliver them successfully to Nagoya, Japan. Onsite installation was handled by their local contractor.

JOURNEY TO MADAGASCAR | UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, SINGAPORE

Atech Group was proud to be tasked with the delivering the famous and signature 'Journey to Madagascar' character props. This successful movie franchise is now a popular attraction at Universal Studios, Singapore. 

Our team was given the responsibility to bring to life, all of the favourites, from; Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe, Gloria the Hippo and the Penguins Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private.

IMG WORLDS OF ADVENTURE | DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

IMG Worlds of Adventure is Dubai's first mega themed entertainment destination. The World of Adventure Theme Park is divided into five Zones. Two of the five zones represent global brands Cartoon Network and Marvel, while Haunted House and Lost Valley are non-licensed attractions.

 

Atech Group managed the design development with IP approvals, complete scenic fabrication, logistics and installation to the following 7 attractions; Spiderman Coaster, Hulk Circumotion, Avengers 4D Ride, Adventure Time Overhead Scenic Ride, Haunted House Adventure, Lost Vally Dinosaur Dark Ride and the Amazing World of Gumball, Interactive Dark Ride.

THE LOST WORLD JURASSIC PARK
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, SINGAPORE

Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure' puts a new spin on the Jurassic Park experience: a river rapids ride in a circular raft takes guests on a long and entertaining journey through the Jurassic jungle with static and animated dinosaurs and special action effects. 

 

Atech Group was onsite with their scenic landscape teams to spray, carve and artwork the rockwork and stonework to give the park the total "Jurassic" feel.

FERRARI WORLD SIGN | ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Atech Group (together with Scenario) was tasked to build the iconic Ferrari World Arch and Entry statement. Our design team created the study and wire models for structural evaluation and analysis, and the eventual local design approvals.

 

Our scenic team began fibreglass casting, and our artists applying the distinctive Ferrari Red, our tradesman and artists were onsite to assemble and erect the offshore fabricated panels and signboard.

DISNEYLAND | HONG KONG, CHINA

Atech Group were commissioned by the Pico Hong Kong/Yamato Japan Joint Venture on behalf of Hong Kong Disney to provide the architectural content for Main Street USA from our facility in Thailand.

 

All Disney commissioned work is subject to the most exacting standards which includes factory certification and strict “buy” out procedures. Atech engaged some 200 personnel for this project working 24/7 to produce architectural content with virtually no tolerance.

CRANE DANCE | RESORT WORLD SENTOSA, SINGAPORE

The Crane Dance is a modern interpretation of an Asian folk story where artificial birds come to life. These giant cranes is accompanied by colorful lights, spraying water, pounding music, and jumbo TV screens with animation on each bird’s body.

Atech Group was onsite to assist in the scenic element build and integration with the large mechanical cranes.

LAKE OF DREAMS | RESORT WORLD SENTOSA, SINGAPORE

Centrally located between two Resort World Sentosa hotels and above the casino, the Lake of Dreams is an attraction that functions as a meeting place, a circulation point and an entertainment destination.  Projecting beauty and spectacle by day, the Lake explodes with colour and imagery at night as light, fire and laser effects tell a story. 

 

Atech Group fabricated and installed the feature faux bronx giant dragon vines  which come to life to fire breathing dragons and metallic mirrored spheres.

CHAMBER OF TREASURE | RESORT WORLD SENTOSA, SINGAPORE

Mirrored cladding creates an infinity box effect that extends the visual motifs created by LED ribbons that stream dynamic images of primal elements. When guests step off the escalator, they feel as if they have been on a fun and unexpected adventure ride.

Atech Group and their JV Partner KHS&S provided the lighting trusses, mirrored wall panels and all lighting fixtures.

FANTASY KINGDOM | DHAKA, BANGLADESH

This 30,000 m2 Theme Park was built in Ashulia, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Concept I Design of Thailand completed the design for the first “Theme” Park of international standard within Bangladesh. One of Bangladesh’s leading realestate developers, The Concord Group commissioned Atech Group with the responsibility of attaining this “International” standard. Through our innovative technology and commercial efficiencies this Theme park was under budget and schedule.

Atech Group utilised some 500 local personnel and 30 international artisans, and local art students, to bring this vision to life. 

Project: Fantasy Kingdom

GRANDLINK FANTASY WORLD | QINGDAO, CHINA

The Grandlink Fantasy World Theme Park covers an area of 200,000 m2. Designed by the well respected FORREC. This outdoor Theme Park includes a diverse range of rides and themes including; Teen Zone, Family Village and Main Street.

 

Attraction Technology the forerunner to Atech Group engaged artisans and specialist tradesmen from Thailand, the Philippines, UK and Australia along with 2,700 local trades people and non skilled workers and were responsible for external theming and finishing works.  The scenic works were completed in under 5 months. At the time of completion, it was the largest Theme park in China.
