At Atech Group, we are artists and designers first, our passion is to create unique and unforgettable visitor experiences through our custom-made scenic elements and immersive environments.
Atech Group International was formed in 2001 as a result of an amalgamation of two specialist companies, the name is derived from Attraction Technology formed in 1998 and its scientific exhibition partners Moving Attractions Pty Ltd founded in 1994. Combining an experienced project and construction management team with a highly passionate group of artists, sculptors, tradesmen and women, and for over 20 years, we have worked together with clients to craft and deliver their themed attractions, educational entertainment spaces and leisure based projects.
Our in-house ability to provide complete; creative design, design development, scenic fabrication and project installation with technical, media and lighting integration, allows Atech Group to advance the project forward from any stage of development.
Our clients project and business needs are often unique, with Atech Group, clients choose the level of collaboration best suited for their development, from; full turn-key solutions, concept & design delivery, to complete scenic build and install of the attraction space or to simply fabricate and deliver the scenic elements only.

Atech Group International (Thailand) Co., Ltd and Atech Group (Australia) Pty Ltd along with subsidiaries, Atech Asia Pty Ltd (Australia), Atech Asia Thailand Co Ltd, Sportscasters and Atech Group International FZ LLC bring together a comprehensive team in the Asia Pacific, MENA (Middle East and North Africa), North America and European regions.

OUR MISSION
At Atech Group International our role is to provide maximum client satisfaction and return engagement through utilising our international experience and project portfolio whilst understanding the critical path to success is innovative solutions to complex issues, albeit geographic, logistic, product, budget or schedule.
We aim to promote and nurture an “in house” core team with outstanding capability, to leverage industry contacts in a series of strategic alliances to continue building a premier, worldwide, “go to” solutions and service provider in the realm of the entertainment, edutainment and leisure industries.
LEADERSHIP TEAM
Here at Atech Group we are known for the value of what our attraction specialists provide to the project. We inspire as well as encourage, our clients to get involved with the design and delivery process so that our client’s ideas are at the centre of the project. Our design and project teams help our clients understand the implications of the decisions being made.
With our combined experience in working across a wide variety of design styles and artistic originals we strive to bring attraction and themed entertainment spaces to life and our teams cross-industry knowledge means all our services are based on an understanding of real-world success.
Somkiat Chaichana
Overseeing operations, Somkiat has over 25 years experience throughout Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and China. Through his expansive knowledge of the attraction, edutainment and leisure industry he has provided many clients with cost-efficient solutions without comprising the design aesthetic and visitor experience.
Prior to Atech Group International, Somkiat’s had accumulated experience with companies such as J.I. Co., Ltd, FutureTec Australia and the co-founder of Attraction Technology, later to become Atech Group.
Jonathan Powter
A talented professional in the fields of; design management, field art direction and technical review within the Attraction based industry. John has worked as our Snr. Art and Technical Director with Atech Group International for over 15 years.
Graduating from the College of the Arts, Queensland, Australia, in design and illustration, John is a key element in not only Art Direction but integral in our Technical endeavours.
Andrew Masters
Andrew is our Projects Delivery Manager with more than eighteen years of experience with themed and attraction based projects. Driven to finding effective design solutions during the project life cycle and bringing together the right project team for the execution of specialist works.
Successful delivery of projects in the Middle East, South East Asia and Australia with proven proficiencies in; logistical & shipping of specialist materials and finished thematic elements, production scheduling and resource allocation, vendor pre-qualification and management.
Masafumi Fukiage
Masafumi has years of experience as an Art Director. With an extensive history with many of the major projects in Asia such as Disneyland Hong Kong, Universal Singapore, Legolands Nagoya to name a few. Graduating with a Degree from the prestigious Kyoto University,
Masafumi began as a lead scenic artist and sculptor, before he became an in demand Art Director.
Thanakorn Moungkhot
Graduating with a Fine Arts degree Thanakorn is one of our Senior Art Directors.
Over the course of some 15+ years, Thanakorn has been responsible for directing our scenic artists and sculptors on many of our projects. Thanakorn's is ambitious and passionate about everything creative which resonates in our designs.
Pornden Akkaravittayapoom
As a Scenic Artist and Chief Scenic Sculptor with Atech Group since 2007, Pornden's artistic skills and talents has been involved in some of our most challenging Museum, Exhibition and Natureworks.
Pornden's hands on approach to art direction and sculpting, whether creating an arctic landscape or planning large scale mural works he has an unwavering eye for detail and simplicity.
OUR FACILITIES
Employing over 25o artists, designers, drafters, tradespeople and staff, our four facilities each specialise in fabricating their own type of themed works. With a combined production floorspace of 10,000 m2, we are well suited to undertake any type of attraction build. Our main and largest facility focuses on theme parks, family entertainment centres and water parks, while our Theme Creative Studio crafts museum, exhibition pieces and joinery work, leaving our second largest facility, Artifactory, to create oversized specialty props. Our fourth facility, located in Pathumthani, is setup for fibreglass work only.
